Lobsang Dolma Expertise: Ladakh, India

Lobsang Dolma is Ladakh’s first female trekking guide. From our host village of Lingshed, she currently attends school outside Leh, the capital city of Ladakh.

During our 10 days of trekking to and from Lingshed, Lobsang will hike with us and share her knowledge of the area and people. She also stays involved with our group during our visit to her village.

Lobsang works with the Lingshed Area Project and hopes someday to be our lead guide for the Journey to Ladakh program.
