Patrick Devine

Patrick Devine has over 10 years of experience practicing law at Perkins Coie in Seattle, where he specialized in corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. While at Perkins Coie, Patrick frequently advised boards of directors of both public and private companies. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, an M.Phil. from Trinity College Dublin, and a B.A. with honors from Stanford University.  Patrick has traveled extensively in South America, as well as in India, southeast Asia, and eastern Europe.  He also enjoys mountaineering and backpacking in the Cascade and Olympic Mountains.  When not traveling, Patrick can be found at home in Seattle drying out his gear, doing laundry, catching up with family and friends, and planning his next adventure.
